Update 1.1.1 brings a set of quality-of-life upgrades you asked for, alongside a broad wave of fixes across progression, console controls, core gameplay, and maps. Here's what's changed.
Patch Notes 1.1.1
Quality of Life Upgrades and a Wave of Fixes
Quality of Life Improvements
- You asked, we listened. To help you feel confident in every purchase, you can now hop into the Firing Range with any vehicle straight from the Agent Selection screen and get a real feel for its handling before you buy. Look for the "[Firing Range] (HOLD)" prompt at the bottom of the screen. Hold [G] on PC, [Triangle] on PlayStation, or [Y] on Xbox to launch. Once you're done, you'll be returned to the screen you started from: the Agent Selection screen if you launched from there, or the Lobby if you launched via the Play button.
- Many of you told us you wanted more control over your vehicle during Ultimate activations, so you can stay focused on the battlefield. That's why we've added a new gameplay setting that lets you disable Ultimate cinematics entirely. When turned off, Ultimates no longer take over the camera, so you stay aware of your vehicle and the battlefield throughout activation. For balancing reasons, all vehicles that previously had a cinematic (excluding Hound's) now have a very short "Preparing Ultimate" charge. During this charge time, you are still able to move, shoot, and use abilities.
- We want your first steps onto the battlefield to feel exciting, not overwhelming. That's why we've added a new mission chain to help new players get rolling, and it's available to veteran accounts too, if you'd like to complete it.
- Complete a battle in any of your three starting vehicles to kick off the chain.
- Finishing that mission unlocks the next one for your remaining starting vehicles, one battle each.
- Complete all three missions to earn bonus currency, giving you a head start toward your first non-starter vehicle.
- These missions never expire, so there's no rush. Complete them whenever you're ready.

Localizations
- Fixed a localization issue on Flair’s Leo 2KST Agent Features screen where the name and description of the Active Camo ability were not translated. Text now displays correctly across supported languages.
- Fixed a Russian localization issue where positive attribute bonuses in Agent Skill descriptions were missing the "+" symbol. Buff values are now displayed with the correct formatting.
- Fixed an issue where the buff value in the Overload Skill description (Ember) and Conservative Skill description (Hound) was not highlighted in yellow, specifically in the Ukrainian localization.
- Fixed an issue where certain modules for Reaper’s M60A2 (BTA-2345-S, EMS-1523, AGD-1647) and the "Airburst Energy Cost" / "Autocannons Energy Cost" parameters displayed untranslated technical text in several localizations instead of proper translated labels.
- Fixed an issue where Hound's Exposed Agent Skill (Trait, Tier 2) description remained untranslated in all localizations other than English.
Progression & Rewards
- You can now check out full details for any Agent or vehicle on the Agent Selection screen, whether they’re locked or unlocked, so you can plan ahead before you unlock them.
- Fixed an issue where earned medals were sometimes not displayed on the Battle Results screen, even though they appeared correctly on the Post-Battle screen.
- Fixed an issue where the "Claim" button could remain locked after claiming a reward tier if the mouse wasn't moved away from the button, preventing players from claiming subsequent tiers.
- Fixed an issue where the "new content" indicator on an Agent Skill remained visible even after it was already viewed.
- Fixed an issue where Battle Pass description text could blend into the background and become hard to read at low resolutions.
Console
- Added an in-battle controls reference screen, allowing you to quickly check current key bindings and available actions during a match. This is available for both keyboard & mouse and gamepad across all supported platforms.
- Fixed an issue where controller movement bindings, Move Forward, Move Backward, Turn Left, and Turn Right, could not be individually remapped, unlike keyboard and mouse controls.
- Fixed an issue on PS5 where, in rare cases, accepting a Squad invite and pressing "Play" at nearly the same time could cause a player to be queued for matchmaking twice, potentially placing them in the same match twice or in two separate matches simultaneously.
- Fixed an issue where the Shift key would stop responding after switching between control presets while using a keyboard and mouse on PS5. Previously, activating "Restore Shooter Controls" or "Load Legacy Controls" from the Settings > Controls menu could cause Shift to stop triggering Engine Boost or Sniper mode as expected. Shift now works correctly immediately after switching control schemes.
- Fixed a crash that could occur when quickly opening and closing the Modify Agent screen in rapid succession. The UI now handles fast navigation between these screens without crashing.
- Fixed an issue where braking to a stop and then pressing a turn key could cause the tank to steer in the opposite direction than expected, due to reverse-steering logic triggering before the tank had actually shifted into reverse.
- Fixed an issue where moving the Left or Right Stick while binding an action would also navigate the Controls menu at the same time.
- Fixed an issue on PS5 and Xbox where voice chat did not connect to the microphone when communicating with Squad members.
- Fixed an issue where, on PS5 and Xbox using a real keyboard and mouse, a virtual keyboard would unexpectedly appear when using search fields (Invite to Squad, Custom Game Setup), making it difficult to select players or exit the field.
- New: When remapping controls, if you assign an input that's already bound to another action, you'll now see a confirmation prompt letting you know about the conflict before it's applied, giving you the choice to bind it anyway or pick a different input instead.
- New: You can now choose between Hold or Toggle input methods for Engine Boost and Toggle Turret Lock in the Controls settings, letting you customize how these actions are activated to fit your preferred playstyle.
Core Gameplay
- Fixed an issue where Flair's Hidden Trap Skill widget was missing its descriptive text when activated in battle.
- Fixed an issue where the team scores shown on the scoreboard (opened via Tab) didn't match the team scores displayed on the main battle HUD.
- Fixed an issue where Flair's Leo 2KST Active Camo ability would be interrupted by pressing the fire button while reloading, even though no shot was actually fired.
- Fixed an issue where the shadow of Flair's Leo 2KST remained visible to other players while the Active Camo ability was active.
- Fixed an issue where Twister's M551A1 Canister Volley ability incorrectly displayed the "Switching" widget after firing, when it should only appear while switching to the ability.
- Fixed an issue on Aircraft Carrier where Reaper's Napalm in the Morning ability could pass through building roofs. Napalm now correctly collides with rooftops and ignites on the roof surface.
- Fixed multiple issues affecting Flair's Echo Proxy after a client crash or disconnection, including being unable to switch to the proxy and losing HUD elements.
- Fixed an issue where the Toughness HATT-5 module on the M1E1 did not correctly convert dealt damage into HP recovery.
- Fixed an issue where Flair's Leo 2KST would lose its Active Camo masking effect if it had already taken damage that deactivated her Signature Masking Trait.
- Fixed an issue with a Marder 1A3 mission where the target value for destroying 5 enemies with the Suppression Strike ability was instead set at a much higher number.
- Fixed an issue where Flair's main tank taking damage would interrupt Recovery Kit or Rebuild Kit healing for her Echo Proxy. The healing would then appear active but not actually function until the affected vehicle took damage (or activated Feign Death if using the Leo 2FK). Recovery Kit and Rebuild Kit now heal the tank and its proxy independently, with damage to one no longer affecting the other.
- Fixed an issue with Flair's Leo 2FK and Leo 2KST where activating Sniper mode after switching from the Echo Proxy back to the main tank could result in parts of the tank obscuring aiming.
- Fixed an issue where quickly canceling the Leo 1A6A1's Decoy ability while opening the Tactical Map could cause the reticle HUD to disappear and controls, including firing, Sniper mode, camera zoom, and the menu, to become unresponsive.
- Fixed an issue where, unlike other vehicles, Flair's Echo Proxy tank model remained partially visible from inside the vehicle when the camera clipped into it (e.g. aiming very high).
Maps & Art
- Fixed an FPS drop that could occur when viewing Dirty Substance fire effects through the scope on Kent's ALVT. Performance now remains stable when zooming near active fire effects.
- Fixed an issue where Raketa's legs would clip under the terrain in the right-side post-battle camera position.
- Fixed an issue on Sunstroke (Control mode) where driving outside the gameplay area did not trigger the 10-second "Turn Back" timer.
- Fixed an issue on Aircraft Carrier where a gap in the terrain allowed vehicles to slightly fall through the ground instead of driving over it normally.
- Fixed an issue where Flair’s Echo Proxy could be placed in unintended locations, such as tight spaces within map structures, granting an unfair positional advantage.
Other Fixes
- Fixed an issue where more than the intended 10 replay files could accumulate locally instead of automatically deleting the oldest replay when a new one was saved.
- New: The following Season 0 3D skins are now purchasable directly from the Customization menu: "Silent Approach" for Hound and his Leo 1A6A1, "Off the Record" for Kent and his XM190, and "Old Reliable" for Chopper and his M1E1.
- Fixed an issue where Flair's missions were only visible once her vehicles were unlocked.
- Fixed an issue where, after navigating to the Store from the Customization screen via a skin bundle banner and switching vehicles, switching back to the original vehicle did not correctly restore its selected skin.
