Balance Changes
General Changes
Game Modes
- 20v20: Score needed to win: 2,000 → 2,500. The extra base meant 20v20 matches ended about 20% faster than standard Conquest; this brings them back in line.
- Chance for Kill Confirmed matches has been reduced.
Agent Changes
Reaper
Napalm In The Morning (Ultimate)
- Fire status applied by napalm: 650 → 108 per 0.25 s, as part of the fire and napalm changes under the M1150 ABV below.
Ember
Juggernaut (Trait)
- The ramming mass bonus is now only active while sprinting.
- Reduced pushing strength: ramming mass bonus 215 → 180
M1150 ABV
These changes respond to Season 2 player feedback on the M1150 ABV. Much of the Fire pressure players felt came from fire world effects, so those and napalm have been toned down as well.
Flamethrower
- Fire status applied: 105 → 36 per 0.125 s
- Heat retuned for shorter bursts with faster recovery (about 5 s of continuous fire before overheating).
- Overheat Recovery Delay: 4 s → 2.7 s
- Cooling Rate After Overheat: 25 → 33
- Passive Cooling Rate: 12.5 → 22
- Heat per Shot: 1.78 → 2.88
Incendiary Launchers
- Starting charges: 2 → 1
- Placement distance: 25–70 m → 60–90 m
Armor
- Turret side armor on the bustle: 260 mm → 230 mm
Mine Plow
- Collision shape now matches the XM1V's.
Fire and Napalm World Effects (all vehicles)
- Made alongside the M1150 ABV changes, based on the same player feedback.
- Fire status applied by fire world effects: 650 → 72 per 0.25 s
- Fire status applied by napalm, including Reaper's Napalm In The Morning Ultimate: 650 → 108 per 0.25 s
Hound
Hound and both of his vehicles get a round of buffs and quality-of-life fixes. The LEO 1A6A1 is the starter tank and the first step into the Marksman role, so we want it to feel more comfortable and more rewarding to play.
Hunting Time (Ultimate)
Hunting Time could destroy enemies in two ways: by executing them at 30% HP or less, or with the missile's raw damage. Only executes granted a recast, so players often expected a recast that never came. These changes make every Hunting Time kill work the same way.
- Hunting Time now executes any enemy at or below 1,200 HP, in addition to enemies at 30% HP or less, and every execute grants a recast.
- Fixed an issue where Hunting Time couldn't execute Raketa during Rampage or Reaper during Relentless. Any enemy at or below 1,200 HP is now destroyed.
- Destroying decoys, such as the LEO 1A6A1's Decoy and the LEO 2FK's proxy, no longer grants a recast.
Hunter's Eye (Trait)
- Activation delay: 2 s → 1.5 s
Skills
- Conservative: Ability Energy cost -10% → -15%
- Camouflaged: Reticle Size While Moving -10% → -15%
- Rapid Flow: Cooldown of all abilities -25% → -20%
- Slow and Steady: Now active only when moving under 5 km/h (was under 33 km/h). Bonus unchanged: +10% turret traverse speed and aiming speed.
LEO 1A6A1
Gun
- Aiming Speed: 4.6 → 5.53
- Reticle Size When Stationary: 0.3 → 0.25
Mobility
- Engine Power: 45 → 55
- Top Speed: 68 → 72 km/h
- Hull Traverse: 34.3 → 40.1
Progression Modules
- MBP18: Now grants Reactive Agility (+10% Engine Power, +15% Hull Traverse) when your ammo rack is hit, with a 20 s cooldown. Previously granted 25 Boost Energy when your fuel tank was hit.
- MTU MB838: Overdrive on kill or assist now lasts the full 10 s (was 3 s), matching similar modules on other vehicles. Engine Power drawback removed. New drawbacks: Aiming Speed -4.47%, Reticle Size While Moving +10.24%.
AMX10 RC
Gun
- Aiming Speed: 2.0 → 2.6
- Reticle Size When Stationary: 0.15 → 0.12
- Max Reticle Size: 6.0 → 5.0
New Features & Improvements
- Bundles: Bundles now stay available in the Store even if you already own some of their items. The purchase screen shows which items you already own and the compensation you get for duplicates.
- Equip button: The Equip button is now unlocked for any item you can still buy.
- Where to get items: The Appearance screen now shows every place you can get an item (Store, Battle Pass, and more) instead of only two. Up to three show by default, with an option to expand the full list.
- Tutorials: The Loadout and Modules tutorials, shown when you first open these sections, have been updated to match the new "How It Works" screens.
Bug Fixes
Combat & Gameplay
- Fixed an issue where the MARDER 1A3's Smart Mines could apply their negative effects to one enemy and their damage to a different nearby enemy.
- Fixed an issue where the M3E1's MEW-718A module only reset main gun heat on main gun kills. Kills with any weapon, including rams and secondary weapons, now reset heat and also immediately end the overheat lockout, so you can fire again right away.
- Fixed an issue on Kent's XM1 90 where, with the CLM-43 and PDU-1546S modules installed, Combat Reboot could fire an extra full magazine for free.
- Fixed an issue on Reaper's M60A2 with the XM248 module where switching to Airburst and back let the main gun skip its reload. Switching back from Airburst now requires a full main gun reload.
- Fixed an issue where destroying an enemy with the M551A1's Canister Volley didn't grant Overdrive with the GH-19 module installed.
- Fixed an issue where Eagle Eye from the LEO 2KST's MUKS 1 module increased the reticle size instead of reducing it while Active Camo was active.
- Fixed an issue where LEO 2KST modules that change the EMP Trap cooldown didn't work correctly.
- Fixed an issue where grease from the ALVT's Dirty Substance ability didn't affect bots.
- Plant & Defuse: Fixed an issue where the bomb couldn't be defused after the defusing player was pushed out of the defuse circle.
- Plant & Defuse: Fixed an issue where the bomb disappeared when a bot carrying it was destroyed.
HUD & Battle Interface
- Jammed equipment now has a clearer indicator on the ability bar.
- Fixed an issue where the Role Points event log could show the wrong name for a destroyed enemy.
- Fixed an issue where the Ground Damage vignette didn't appear after taking damage from the LEO 2KST's EMP Trap.
- Fixed an issue where the "Losing" marker showed instead of "Neutralizing" when retaking a base the enemy had only partly captured.
Menus & Customization
- Fixed an issue where opening the Game Modes list after a battle switched your mode to Quick Match.
- Fixed inconsistent spelling of the Vulcan Auto Turret in the M1E1's module descriptions.
Graphics & Visual Effects
- Fixed oversized sparks that appeared after recent FSR fixes.
- Fixed visual artifacts on autocannon hits on sand.
- Improved performance of the M1150 ABV's flamethrower effect when viewed through the sniper scope.
Audio
- Fixed an issue where sounds became muffled after using Hound's Hunting Time in the final seconds of a round in Control mode.
- The ESC "go back" action now plays its own sound instead of a regular click.
- Fixed an issue where agent voice lines could be heard in the Garage even with agent audio turned off.
Console & Platforms
- Fixed an issue on Xbox and PS5 where a platform friend's in-game name didn't appear in the friends list until you logged in again, if they joined the game during your session.
- Fixed an issue on Xbox, PS5, and Discord external invites where accepting an invite during a battle while in a Squad left you in your old Squad after the battle.
- Fixed an issue on Xbox (Microsoft Store) where purchased items didn't appear in your inventory until the game was restarted.
- Fixed broken text scrolling in the Store on PS5.
Stability & Performance
- Fixed a crash related to audio decoding.
- Reduced GPU memory usage on AMD graphics cards.
