Link Discord to WoT: HEAT

See your Discord friends in-game, show what you're playing, and invite squadmates without leaving HEAT.

What linking gives you

Linking your Discord account to WoT: HEAT unlocks social features on PC (Steam and WGC). Console players get voice chat automatically—no linking needed.

  • Rich Presence Your Discord friends see what you're playing: current mode, map, squad size.
  • Discord Friends List See your Discord friends inside the game client and check who's online.
  • Squad Invites Invite Discord friends to your squad directly from the in-game friends list.

Follow these four steps to link your Discord account to HEAT on PC.

  1. Open the Friends panel

    Click the social icon in the top-right corner of your Garage.

  2. Click Link Now

    Select the Discord tab in the Friends panel. You'll see a prompt to link your account. Click Link Now.

  3. Authorize on Discord

    Discord will ask you to connect your account to WoT HEAT. Scroll down and click Keep Scrolling, then Authorize.

  4. Done! Your friends appear

    Once linked, your Discord friends list populates in-game. You can see who's online and invite them to your squad.

Platform note

Discord linking is available on PC (Steam and WGC) only. It is not available on console at the moment.

Voice Chat

Discord-powered voice chat works automatically in squads on all platforms. When you join or form a squad, a voice channel is created. No linking or setup required—just squad up and talk.
